We partnered with the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) to provide a comprehensive audiovisual solution for the Center for Biomedical Data Sciences (CBDS) buildout. The project included multiple spaces throughout the department, including training rooms, conference rooms, shared offices, and huddle spaces, each designed to support collaboration, research, and day-to-day communication.
OMRF wanted to create technology-enabled environments that would support hybrid meetings, advanced presentations, and collaborative research while ensuring the systems would remain reliable and adaptable for years to come.
The CBDS department presented a unique set of challenges. Many project stakeholders had limited experience with AV technology, making it important to design systems that were both powerful and easy to operate. At the same time, the project had to remain within strict space limitations and budget requirements.

Training Room Collaboration
The training room was equipped with a complete AV solution featuring a large-format LED display, professional sound system, Barco ClickShare wireless presentation technology, and a Q-SYS control and monitoring platform. This combination allows instructors and researchers to easily share content while supporting seamless hybrid collaboration.
Conference Room Technology
The conference room received a modern hybrid meeting solution that includes a high-quality commercial display paired with Barco ClickShare for wireless content sharing. The system allows local and remote participants to collaborate naturally while maintaining exceptional image quality for detailed scientific presentations.
Shared Office & Huddle Spaces
To create consistency throughout the department, shared offices and huddle rooms were outfitted with Planar commercial displays that support wireless content sharing through retractable connection systems. These flexible spaces allow teams to quickly gather, collaborate, and share research findings without technical barriers.
Professional Design & Project Management
From the initial consultation through final commissioning, our team worked closely with OMRF to understand the unique workflows of the CBDS department. Despite budget constraints and specialized requirements, the implementation process remained smooth from design through installation, delivering a polished solution that exceeded expectations.
