We partnered with Rivertree Academy to modernize two key spaces on campus: the Multi-Purpose Room and the Conference Room. The academy wanted to create an engaging environment that would support school presentations, performing arts productions, and staff collaboration while providing students with opportunities to learn and perform using professional-grade technology.
The project focused on delivering a new lighting and sound system for the Multi-Purpose Room while equipping the Conference Room with modern video conferencing capabilities, allowing both spaces to better support the school's growing needs.
As Rivertree Academy continued expanding its educational and performing arts programs, its existing technology could no longer support the experiences they envisioned.

Multi-Purpose Room Audio & Lighting
We installed a completely new professional lighting and sound system that transformed the Multi-Purpose Room into a true performance venue. The upgraded system provides clear, intelligible audio while giving staff the ability to create dynamic lighting scenes for presentations, assemblies, and theatrical productions.
Wireless microphone systems were also incorporated, allowing presenters and performers the freedom to move naturally across the stage without being confined by cables.
Conference Room Modernization
To support faculty and administrative collaboration, we equipped the Conference Room with a new video conferencing system and commercial display. The space now provides a reliable, easy-to-use platform for virtual meetings with parents, staff, and external partners.
A Seamless Installation
From the initial planning stages through final commissioning, our team worked closely with Rivertree Academy to ensure the installation stayed on schedule and met every expectation.
