We partnered with Zeeco, Inc. to design and implement a comprehensive AV solution for their Training Room and Museum, two critical spaces used to educate employees, collaborate with global teams, and showcase Zeeco’s capabilities to visiting customers and partners.
The vision was to create a world-class technology experience that supported internal training, global collaboration, and external storytelling. Zeeco wanted these spaces to reflect the innovation and scale of their organization while remaining reliable and easy to operate.
Before the project, Zeeco faced several challenges that limited the effectiveness of both spaces.
In the training room, outdated equipment and limited capabilities made reliable collaboration difficult and often required IT intervention. In the museum space, Zeeco lacked a modern way to visually tell their story, highlight products and services, and engage visitors in a meaningful way.

Training Center AV System:
The training room was equipped with large-format displays, professional-grade speakers, ceiling-mounted microphones, and PTZ cameras to support both in-room presentations and web conferencing. The system was programmed to allow training staff to easily host local and global sessions with minimal setup.
Museum Digital Signage Experience:
To enhance the visitor experience, we installed an LED video wall that serves as a focal point for showcasing Zeeco’s capabilities, brand story, and services. This display allows Zeeco to present dynamic content that leaves a strong impression on customers and partners.
System Integration and Control:
All systems were designed with reliability in mind and configured to work seamlessly together. The implementation ensured smooth transitions between local presentations and remote collaboration while maintaining consistent performance.
Project Execution:
The implementation process was smooth and well-coordinated. A project manager was assigned immediately, equipment shipments were communicated clearly, and the installation team delivered and completed the project on time. Zeeco noted that the ImageNet team was flexible and attentive throughout the process.
