We teamed up with INTEGRIS Health to upgrade the Corporate Tower Auditorium, a key space used for board meetings, high-level presentations, and executive gatherings. The previous AV system was outdated, unreliable, and unsupported—making it difficult to keep up with the expectations of C-suite leaders and guests. Our goal was to create a modern, visually impressive, and technologically advanced environment that would support flawless communication and future-ready performance. To accomplish this, we integrated cutting-edge equipment, including a SiliconCore LED Video Wall, NEXO speakers, Sennheiser ceiling microphones, and a Qsys ecosystem, alongside Logitech components to create a seamless Teams Room experience.

Challenges & Goals

The main hurdles included:

  • Outdated and slow AV equipment

  • A legacy system with proprietary source code that couldn’t be serviced by third parties

  • Long delays—up to two weeks—for basic service requests from the previous vendor

Since the auditorium is used by INTEGRIS Health’s executive leadership, these delays and limitations were no longer acceptable. The new system needed to be reliable, professional, and built to impress.

We designed and delivered a comprehensive AV solution that addressed every issue and aligned with INTEGRIS’s vision of creating one of the best-equipped auditoriums in the state. The solution included:

AV System Overhaul:
We implemented a brand-new backend AV system, replaced outdated monitors with a SiliconCore LED Video Wall, and installed Logitech conference equipment to provide clear, dependable communication. The room was also equipped with NEXO speakers for excellent sound quality and Sennheiser ceiling microphones for crystal-clear audio during meetings.

Executive-Grade Experience:
The system was tailored to support daily use by leadership, offering a polished, professional user experience. This wasn’t just about functionality—it was about making the room feel like a top-tier venue from the moment you walk in. The Qsys ecosystem ties everything together, ensuring seamless integration across all devices, including the Teams Room functionality, which allows for flawless video conferencing and collaboration.

Design Collaboration:
Our team worked closely with the IT Product Manager at INTEGRIS and the INTEGRIS IT team throughout the planning, design, and installation process. Every detail was accounted for—from acoustics and lighting to display clarity and system responsiveness.
