We partnered with INTEGRIS Health to modernize the AV systems in their Corporate Tower boardrooms, where daily operations for the organization’s C-suite take place. The previous system was outdated and slow, and due to locked-down source code from a previous vendor, support and updates were nearly impossible. The stakes were high—when the system went down, it could take up to two weeks for someone to come onsite. That simply didn’t work for an executive-level workspace.
Challenges & Goals
The goal of this project was simple but critical: modernize the boardrooms with fast, reliable AV equipment that could support regular high-level meetings without disruption. Specific challenges included:

This setup was built specifically for daily executive use, offering seamless connectivity and a polished user experience. Our design eliminated the lag and downtime that previously plagued the space.
Collaborative Rollout:
We worked closely with the IT Product Manager at INTEGRIS, to ensure the installation matched expectations down to the last detail. We didn’t just stop at install—we stayed until it was tested, approved, and running exactly how they wanted it.
